In 2015, Nick Tooth unfortunately, passed away following a devastating head injury that took place while playing rugby union for his home club Quirindi NSW. Because of this, The Nick Tooth Foundation was established in 2015 by Nicks's family and friends, with the aim of preventing others from suffering serious head injuries in rugby union. To create awareness, the foundation started the event Toothy Tens. This charity event has become one of the premier rugby tens tournaments in NSW, with some of the best amateur and professional talent participating. To help raise extra funds for this event The Nick Tooth Foundation aligned with the custom Swanky Socks™ service to design a pair of custom socks for the charity to use to sell as merchandise. Opting for our premium bamboo material, we designed two of our most popular styles the casual crew sport and dress sock.
